program blue guerilla location help

where can i find the blue guerilla program foe editing halo 2 ive looked on this site and even despitly sercked on google and found nothing. any help will be appriciated also if any body can help me locate the scnr blue guerilla plugin yhat would be great. thanks

get adi 2.0 then when you have the scnr tag selected press ctrl+g and blue geurilla will pop up

blue guerilla isn't a program, it's a plugin sytem built into ADI.
