HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

When i skin something in photo shop (ex the moniter on terminial) it turns black unless in right next ot it and not in a vehicle my friend said a LOD remover but when i use that it erases the pic completely so can you tell me what's wrong?

you have to save it as a DXT1 (1 bit alpha) its the second 1 bit alpha ion the list when you save it as a .DDs File.
