Starting Nades - Backwash

I'm looking to start with grenades on Backwash. I've tried editing the starting profile in scnr tag but that does nothing. I also tried looking in h2x but couldn't find a way. I'll then want to make sure make everyone on sys link starts witht hem too if the host has it. Any help would be appreciated.
