adding spawn points

How can i add spawn points and weapon spawns? Is there a tut for this already. I do know I need a coordinate finder of some kind, i have no idea how to do it after that. What program should i use and how do i go about adding things.

yeah you need the cord-finder for the co-ordinates and for adding the spawn points you need the reflexive chunk adder
