Seeing others mods? Ive seen them but can people see mine.

I cant figure out how to get a player in my party to see my mod if im serving. For example ill be serving for sure and ill be playing shooting fusion cores out of my plasma rifel, but if someone else does it all they see on their screen is plasma bolts but i see them shooting fusion cores. Ive played games where ive used mods that werent even on my xbox so i was wondering if anyone knew how to do this.

Thats becouse people can only see changes made to the plasma pistol and the rockect launcher not the plasma rifle
