Odst instead of master Chief?

is it possible to make that, because i saw an arbiter instead of an elite, im sure it possible, and if it is, can someone tell me how to do it

I know, it's just a little irritating to have all these Halo 2 topics in the Halo 1 section... I still mod Halo 1 a lot and get my hopes up when I see a new topic, only to find it's Halo 2 related
