Design behind profile name

I noticed when i play some ppl on xbc they can have a little desing behind there profile name, like this one person had it say "bungie.net" and some one else just had all these little symbols. iknow how to get symbols and stuff in your name but how do u do the design stuff behind your name?

they got this by linking their gamertag on bungie.net
