Ok real response:

1.To get bin files(I assume you mean .map files) You need to learn how to ftp,
2.PPF-O-matic is for applying .ppf patches to map files.
3.FlashFXP is for ftping your maps off your xbox and on to your computer(Your xbox needs to be modded)
