HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

im new to modding..and i just put a soft mod in my xbox with evoX....

i copied my halo 2 disc to my comp..and then put it back on my hd of my xbox... and since it was so big and i have yet to upgrade my hd.. i decided to delete the single player maps...now the game will not start..from my hd..
any suggestions? is there something im supposed to do first? also..i was wondering..can i change the opening music for the halo 2 screen?

Well no matter what you still need the mainmenu.map shared.map and I think single_player_shared.map on your hard drive.

yeah..i still have all of those..its still not working though..im not quite sure why

yeah..i never deleted any of those just the single player map files..but the game never actually played..i did this as i was uploading.

maybe that was the problem, try letting it finish, then delete the sp maps, then ftp the maps that never finsiehd
