Game Options

Does anyone know if there is a game options mod, so that you can change mods in the game options, maybe a patch for the mainmenu.map file?

I'm not sure exactly what your asking, but if it was weather or not you can toggle mods INGAME, then the answer is no there isn't. As I said b4, I'm not entirely sure wt you question was.

What i mean is not really "in-game" mod but a mod for the mainmenu.map or something maybe, that lets you use the game options thing to edit mods.
