give some basic READ: BASIC tuts on its use if you like then i will post them in this post and made it a sticky

whoever locked this please tell me... you had no reason to lock this... i am trying to get a list of all the modding tools made...

um just link them to the utilities section on files, and why cant you do that tack, all you have to do is browse there...
and the reason it was locked is becuase this post is pretty pointless
