I remember the mod on Coag. your refering to. Though it slips me just who it was.
He was learning to hex edit. Did some editing on coags bsp/sbsp. Walked around the map and found a hole beside one of the bases. If I remember correctly it did have collision and he put a teleporter down there for shits and giggles. This was a WHILE back though.

It was just a whole, and it lost collision it wasn't moved.
