i have heard a rumor of a yelo program that works on a 360, or a different program that enables AI? is any of this true, and if so can you tell me where to find it

No. Whoever told you that is a huge liar. Yelo, or any other trainer, cannot be run off of a 360.

The Yelo trainer needs to be launched off of 1. Modded Dashboard, 2. Xored Trainer Launcher. By "new" maybe you mean for Halo 2 version 1.5?

There are no plans for a build Yelo for the newest autoupdate, but there are other things in work currently.
