I get an unhandled exception:

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

When doing the rebuilding part.

# Open H2Core.
# Go to "File," then "Open."
# Select your multiplayer map.
# Go to "Map," then "Rebuilder."
# For "Scenario" click the "..." button.
# Go to the "Decompiled Tag Path" location you set.
# You should see the folder "H2."
# Open it, open the folder "scenarios."
# Open the folder "multi," then the next folder, and then the next folder (if there is another one, it depends on the map.)
# Open the maps ".scenario" file.
# Check the following:

* Scenery
* Machines
* Skies (Does not work sometimes.)
* Obstacles
* Decals
* Lights
* Sounds Scenery
* DECR
* Looping Sounds

# Then click "Rebuild."
# Depending on your computer, this should be done between the apocalypse to when hell freezes over.
# When you think it freezes, get out of your chair, get a drink, take a piss, and wait, because it didn't.
# When it's done, it will display a message box saying "Done."
# Click "OK," then kick your computer for taking so long.
# Congrads, the hard parts are over, it's smooth goin' from here, close H2Core.
It shows the unhandled exception when it tries to:

Processing C:\Documents and Settings\Stuart\Desktop\Extracted BSP\H2\sound\sound_mix.sound_mix...

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Not to be rude, but you ned to include a lot more information. Like what map you were trying to rebuild...(the bsp you are converting), and are these maps clean? Are you sure you have all aps up to date...(.Net), I think you get the idea. Besides, you could have just used the search function for this. But since I'm feeling generous, just reply back with a little more info and I will try to help.
WOW! Three years here, and I still haven't released any of my mods :oops:

Ummm, Due to the file it was processing, Your computer is not compatible with H2Core, sorry

Anyways, if the Rebuilt was done, it will fucked up your map, because it MUST process as last the "global_speaker_chorus.effect" file before Writing and Compiling, if not, then its a bad rebuild.
