Is there a way to have a solid phmo on an attachment that is attached to a vehicle or bloc?

No, any attachment will loose physics model and keep collision.

But if you had a prefect chunk cloner you could add a physic box to any object that has a phmo, add boxes, stretch the boxes to fake collision your attachement, if you had a perfect chunk cloner :(

would H2C / H2G be able to clone the chunks correctly or no?

Maybe but you need my phmo plugin with it, but you know that h2c h2g doesn't work very well too...

I can get it to work most of the time. I normally use beaver creek or colossus because they seem to almost never get a bad build.
