I've checked everywhere, it seems every download link for this program is broken, even the one stickied in this forum. Is there anywhere I can download this?

Wow that was fast, thanks. Just for the record I have tried search, for the last 2 hours or so. Maybe I'm blind I dunno, but I couldn't find that little bastage.
