Scenary Loses Collision with MasterChief when moved??

i did a bsp conversion and everything went well and there seemed to be no errors. But little did i know. Every time i move a scnr on the map. say just an inch or 2. It loses collision with the master chief. But everything else still has collision. bullets ect. I have absolutely no idea why this is happening. My best guess is that this bsp is a wierd one and there could have been a transfer promblem with h2c/h2g. What do you guys think?
