How to make a portable grav lift like in h3?

ya okay so im going to attempt this i was thinking this wouldn't be to hard all i would have to do is change the projectile to look like a teleporter but give it the effect of a grav lift is it possible to do that or do you guys think it just plain wouldn't work

well try going to [matg] globals\globals and display idents. then find Projectile (1) and swap for a covenant sniper tower.

Could very well work but I'm not sure how to make it go away

In the mod 'a ripp in time' you could shoot grav lifts.

well maybe have a proj spawn it. proj's have timers

ya but i want it to be an equip not just on the map i guess shooting it could work but for the best effect i wish i could throw it like a frag. and for making it go away maybe i could use the duration or life as some call it off a nade and when the life ends the effect goes away idk i guess making it disappear would be hard

It's most likely a very similar concept to the bubble shield.

ya im going to mess around with it and see what i find if i can get this to work it'd be uber nice to have hope i dont figure this out and 3volved already has it lol
