CLR (Common Language Runtime) Error

Hey there I recently came back to modding cause you cant just leave it forever, you know what I mean.

Now whenever I try to use a Halo 2 app that is targeted at the .Net Framework 2.0 I always get a this error message. This sucks because almost every app made now a days is targeted at .Net Framework 2.0



I have been uninstalling/repairing/reinstalling/installing so many file from microsoft and i have been googling so much that I am finally giving up and asking for help. (which I dont do often.)

The program was written in C# using the framework, it is a Windows
Forms app not a console app.

You need to install the microsoft framework 2.0, you said most apps were written that way "which sucked" does that mean you never installed it?

Framework 3.0 came out a long time ago. just go download that and you will be set till the next framework update.
