Uberscreenshot tool errors

Can anyone help? I downloaded one link and the downlaod worked fine, but when I boot it, I get...

So then I tried the version I had in UMP.... It did the same thing. Now I downloaded an older version, so it seems, of the tool; but this time, it gives me a blank warning message with the yellow symbol to the left. I have the newest .net framework and everything, so I dont know whats going on.

you have dotnetfx 1, 2 and 3?

I just downloaded all three, but I still get the yellow triangulated exclamation point error, with nothing in the message box.

You have the bad version. The latest version is actually missing 2 files from its directory. Im not sure whre you can get it, but the version that works is the version that has 4 dll files in the folder, not 2.
