How Do I Make These Two Changes To The BR?

Basically, I want to know how I can make it so that with like the Br or sniper or w/e that when you are scoped in and you get shot, you don't go out of scope. You stay in scope till you bring yourself out of it.

Secondly, how would you increase just the magnetism, not autoaim or anything like that. So that when you have your recticle on somebody's body or head it is a little harder than normal for it to "slip off" or say if you jerk the right thumbstick its a little harder than usuall for it to come of thier body?

EDIT: Oh, and preferably in Dothalo becuase thats what I'm used to, but if you know how to in other programs please tell me, with a little better description than usual. Once again thanks.

I cant imagine a reason other than cheating you would need to do either of these things...
