hi i need to disable the halo 2 update on my default.xbe but i dont know how to plz can sum 1 make a tut or give me a download link to a pre patched default.xbe
this is for the killtacular map pack for my flashed 360 so i cant use any other way .

rename the folder in TDATA/4d530064/$U to disable the update. if u do that then u can still load the new maps if some1 else is hosting. and if u want load lockout ur self rename $C

i cant rename any thing im using a 360
im burning the killtrocity pack to a dl disc

Killtrocity 1 or 2?

If you are doing Killtrocity v.2 there is an App that comes with it, use that.

Just open the Program, then open up the Default.xbe you are gonna use and them just click the button to disable AU, simple as that.

Why would you need to take off the autoupdate?

With the latest one, you can play modded maps, dlc, and new menu additions.
