Ai question

To spawn and play with ai do i need these
AI Encounters

You can't find them because they are unfortunatly not labeled yet. I've never tried to build AI into a map with H2Core, so I wouldn't know. My guess is that they're not needed, because you don't have to put them in when you do it in entity (not that you can), but without, your AI won't move.
