Switch Marines Into ODSTs

Ok I'm in "CHAR" And wanna Switch all the marines Into ODSTs, So i goto "CHAR Then "Meta Editor" Then At "Permutation" it Says "Default_nrl So I put "odst_cky" Then at "Base Permutation" it says "nrl" i Put "cky" Then i goto "Save" But it dont save It, It gos back to like it Was before, How come its Not Saving. Anyone Help tell me What to do. Thanks

And one more Question How come In "BIPD" There no ODSTs, Theres MasterChief There Female Marines There Lord Hood And Miranda, How can I Get the ODST In the "BIPD"

To save you have to select the option from the drop box, and not just type it. A good way to swap, is to type it, then select it from the drop box.

And not all maps have the ODST variation in them.
Only Delta Halo, Quartine Zone, Armory, and Cairo Station have them. other wise your going to get F'd up marines that spawn with random armor.
