FTP problem

Every time I try to transfer single play shared, it would transfer to my computer until it reaches like, 30 seconds than it would just stop and add more time, so is there any way to fix this?

maybe your computer doesn't have enough room to hold the map? or your disk stopped spinning

did you leave the comp by its self while it does that
usually if you do something is increases the ftp time
