Anybody got a link to it? The one in the Yelo topic is down. Thanks.
...I'm not sure what that means.
Anyway, I ended up looking through the entire Yelo topic, and found an active link on the 23 page.
For anyone that needs it, the link is here.
EDIT: Lucky me! It turns out the editor isn't what I was looking for. I'm trying to add new hotkeys for certain things. (D-Pad up = YRR) Maybe the editor can do this, and I'm just not looking hard enough.
