Why enity doesnt allow me to duplicate any more ITMC's....?

I am in the process of making this mod for Ivory Tower and I have duplicated 2 itmcs so far because i added crates and a tree to the map. Now when i got to the itmc tag and click duplicate it just closes out of the little dialog box and does nothing. I can also not duplicate any weapons or vehicles either.... Does anyone know what the problem may be?

entity acts funny sometimes, like sometimes it will transfer a object but not acually be transfering it, and other times it will, same with adding chunks, aslo sometimes if you already edited you map it will give you a error

so any suggestions on how to fix this?

start with a new map, then add the chunks first then once you got that, start editing
