need help don't know jack about skinning and spawning

Skins

I want to make my coag mod have snowy walls and ground like containment. I also want to have the sky look like the sky in burial mounds. like its snowing on the red planet. i also want to add water from beaver creek to the middle low area by the rocket launcher spawn.

Spawns

I want to make it so 50% of the time u spawn on top of the map. I also want to add more weapon and vehicle spawns.

I have entity but have never used.

I also have spawn finder but I never got it to work.
