How do I make and change death zones?

You can get rid of Death Zones with Insolence. If you want to move them, I think they are in the BSP.

How do I move them to specific places? Is there a program. I want to place a death zone over a certain area for a map I am making. I don't want to remove it.

Go into Insolence and click on the scnr tag. Then change it to Dev mode. Then scroll down until you find Death Zones. Change those to whatever you want.
