HELP im confused

yo im trying 2 make a mod where im a jackal but im confuses can some1 help. i also want 2 know if some really good modder can make a mod 4 me and make it so masterchiefs r flood and elites r grunt. if some1 will do this i'll be super happy just email me and tell me u made the mod 4 sanctuary deltap. then if u can send it over by msn. plz help i would extremly appretate it so ya. also would i just switch deltatap with the mod or what. Can u also mod terminal 4 me i want 2 be flood and prophets plz will some1 who's experianced.Also do i need flash if i have cmr? can i apply the level from that cause i have ppf-o-matic also. i dont know how 2 use smartfxp.so ya plz help

but from wat i understood;

i dont think u need flash 2 run cmr but i could b rong
cmr cant apply ppfs
as 4 smartfxp do u mean smartftp? if u do then just enter the ip in the address box, username in the username box("xbox" for ur xbox) and password in the password box("xbox" for ur xbox) and then its just a simple drag n drop proccess
