help plz modding basics ar n chips

im new here and i want to know if to use xbox mods like changed vehicles and shooting cars out of guns n stuff do i have to have a chipped xbox or can i use action replay for that thx also could ne modders plz add my gamertag so they can show off to me lol i luv modded games!!-------my gt is joejoe912

You have to have a modded XBox at all to do that and Action Replay is just one step to having that try seaching the forums here for a tutorial
