its a slayer game type. not sure what it is but if you out it in the right folder you will have a new slayer game type to pick. could be some kind of modded game save.

As far as I know, it is a modded slayer gametype that makes you start with no weapons, and says www.Known cheating site/leaking site.net as the title (with some special symbols), and has it set so that the game never ends. (It might have more, I'm not sure)

or you can just ftp to your softmodded xbox

That program i posted does that for you, and you can just give it a save to ftp and the right ip address, etc.
