What is Darkmatter and what does it do?

Darkmatter is a regular old modding program except Darkmatter has a built in BSP viewer which lets you explore maps and move items around ex. Weapons. Vehicles. Spawn Points. :D

also if you know how to use it, you can inject things you couldnt b4, like new models/sounds
