help grunt is bein stupid

i put the grunt on turf and everything works fine except that his movment is sticky.
when he falls he kinda pauses before you can move him and when he walks its sticky
does anyone know how to fix this
i already tried upping the movment speed but that did nothing

that my friend, is the grunt doing his landing animation

he also does it sometimes when you switch weapons...

simply dont use the grunt

I think you standing there once you fall is the soft and hard landing values in insolence.
