Water off relic

Water off relic

its got to be possable but i cant get it


ok i want to get the water off relic and put it on to contaiment and make it spawn everwhere i guss so that contaiment will be under water

its a plane and a fog is all i know, look for fogs and plains in dot halo...im not sure someone tell me if this is true :P
