are there any tools that can move/insert items on a map graphically? i am no good with x-y coordinates

go to the sbsp tag in dark matter, double click it, then choose the one thing thats there.
scenarios/multi/[map]/[map]

wait for the bsp viewer to load.
right click it and select whatever you want to see on the map.
then you can move around what ever you want with the number pad including
player spawns, vehicle spawns ect.
