New weapons

New weapons

Since weapon remodeling has become the new thing, (before it was sp->mp conversions), I want to try to do something, Instead of making a weapon appear only on that map, why not make it a choice, like a secondary or primary weapon. So it would work for all maps. ( You would still have to import it into every map, but ut would appear as its own gun)

I am not a great modder, im learning c++, and i usually have a shit load of homework, so im goin to put my spare time into trying to figuire this out, and maybe someone could make a prog to do it.

well i believe istrs alot harder than that b/c i trid making a grunt into a selectable charcter in the mainmenu and yet there is no way to add it so it says grunt in the appearnce section so i dont think it will be doable with the wapobns either at least not now until we can add space in the map but actually where it goes in the map is the question.

Ive tried everything i know to try and get that to work but i think theres alot more. Ithnik in he mainmenu each weapon has its own widget so u may need to make a new widget add it own chunk to mainmenu and then link up its string ids and then add its own hex i have no idea thop im not a leet modder but this may help u get on the right track

Yea, i just looked through every tag in the Main menu in ch2r and couldnt find anything.

Btw, youve got a new map coming, i loved hell skirmish grounds
