Xbox live NOT MODDING ON

i have a modded dash and i need to get the new update for halo but when i try it takes me to a black a green screen of death sas please call xbox support
i do not have a ms backup and none of my freinds do either can i get the updater program so i can update my halo and other games

I'm fairly certain he meant Halo 2. This should be in the halo 2 board.
