How do you edit collision

I know that h2x has a working plugin for this, but I don't understand it. I want to 1/2 the size of the pelican, collision and model, model I already know, but collision, I have no idea.

edit the thousands of verticies....its just not worth it. i wrote the coll plug to practice with nested reflexives. now someone can turn that info into an app that will edit them
