Taking screenshots in Halo 2

Is buying a capture card the only way to do it? I've got a debug Xbox but the screenshot application I have used for taking screenshots in Forza and other games doesn't work with Halo 2. Is there any other way to take good screenshots without a capture card on my PC?

One way I've done it is if you have a video camera, you can tape Halo 2 footage on a VHS, then use the composite cable for your video camera to get the footage on to the camera, then hook the camera up to your PC. It's kind of complex and I would recommend just shelling out $50 for one of those USB capture devices.

Plus, with a video camera you can capture moments in real life too. =D
