How do you change map default settings?

Map default settings, as in weapons you mean? Like the weapons on the map or other stuff?

go into itmc and swap those around with what u want them to be, or goto mulg and swap them around

When I do that mulg thing with vehicles, it only changes when it is set to ghost or wahtever and that doesn't let you change if a wraith or scorpion spawns on a mpa like coag.
