Deleting weapon spawn points

ok im currently working on a halo 1 mod and i have a slight problem with the weapon spwans, i replaced the magnum spawn with sniper rifle but now a sniper spawns in base, i want to get rid of it, how??? and how do i change the needlers color to blue?

well yeah but that gets rid of the other spawns...

I said: null it out in the SENARIO. It will get rid of 1 spawn. It's a dependency.
