AI in mp
I'm not entirely sure, but I think you have to have the char tag imported in. That is where Insolence comes in.
However, there is a lot more to it than just that. I am not sure where, but you have to have it linked to something. Is it the scenario, matg globals, or bsp, I don't remember off the top of my head.
I think adding that in would be similar to adding in weather to maps that don't already have it. It would require great hexing.
If I am lost, don't mind me...

well you can start by using insolence to add all of the biped, char, styl, and maybe even an sp scnr tag to go with it. then you need to do lots of hexing by linking and adding lots of reflexives to the mp scnr tag and make them point to the sp one which will have all of your ai spawning data....theres a little more after that but right now there arent any programs which would just be able to add ai with the click of a button. it requires lots of hexing and work.....its just way too much work lol
But you guys are working on something like that right now, aren't you?xbox7887 wrote:well you can start by using insolence to add all of the biped, char, styl, and maybe even an sp scnr tag to go with it. then you need to do lots of hexing by linking and adding lots of reflexives to the mp scnr tag and make them point to the sp one which will have all of your ai spawning data....theres a little more after that but right now there arent any programs which would just be able to add ai with the click of a button. it requires lots of hexing and work.....its just way too much work lol

Now that injecting bipeds into MP is way too easy for beginners, you pros must be working on something big.
