i need help on setting up CTF properly

i made a BSP conversion (sp to mp) of deltahalo, and this all works fine. i want to make it suitable for CTF obviously, so when i set the flag respawns and the team score... whenever i play it, it says the flag is off the base. so i dragged and dropped a flag base from beavercreek and tried aligning them... yet still the same problem occurs.

I know many people have made successful bsp converted maps and the CTF works perfectly, so i'm wondering if any of THOSE people could tell me. thanks :)

Yes, because the flag base is not the actual flag. It is just the cool little base thing that the flag spawns on. You need to move the objective spawns for CTF, for the gametype to actually function.

well i can capture the flag, return it.. etc.

but the issue is it always says my own flag is off the base... and i go to return it and it keeps saying "flag returned, flag returned, flag returned"

so you're saying there's another objective spawn i have to move?

No, I believe its in the "special spawns" of scenario...

thanks jackson, that did the trick. works beautifully now.
i'll have this map up soon now.. should be nice

No problem...lol, I'm still to lazy to fix them in my map at the moment though...
