I need help with model injection
i want to know how you can use 3ds max to edit models
and how to skin them with UVW mapping correctly

3Ds max has built in tutorials, besides, you'll learn more about modeling at a modeling site.

no i know how to model i just need to know how to use 3ds max instead of milk shape cuz when i try to inject a (.OBJ) it gives me an error message

You can edit them the same way as pretty much any modeling program.
BTW, what app are you using to inject the models?

Entity is much better because Darkmatter
cannot inject correct UV Map coords but Entity can.

This tutorial explanes the bumpmapping process.
After making your bumpmap, clone a camo image such as the battle_rifle_camo then inject your new bumpmap into it.
Then go to the shader that uses the bumpmap that you wanted to edit/change and change the bumpmap indent to your new bumpmap.

No, you can use the same model for both first and third person perspectives.

my gun has been injected in to the game but when you hold it its flipped upside down, how do I fix this??
