Hopefully your talking about XBC or Kai right? Halomods doesn't condone with Xbox Live modding, and I'm pretty sure asking for modders to mod so you can play it counts as breaking the rules.

uh yeah that means he wants you to add him on xbl so he can play in custom games, still not condoned
