help with serenity and ppf patches

i can easily apply sppf patches as long as their not from the 9 more multiplayer map thing, but serenity and ppf patches aren't working, I use the same process as sppf but it doesn't work, can someone please help me! I'm desperate I really wanna lay tmann's Lost Mombasa canyon and its only in serenity
