You say halo 1 takes more skill? PFFTTT!!!!! Listen, go tell that to the pro players. Walshy, Karma, GunSh0t, Shockwave, the OGREs... see how they feel about that.

Tell me how it goes.

answer me this n00b

in halo 1 do you die if you fall from the top of the map to the bottom?

and in halo 2 if the same thing happens do you die?

in halo 1 do the energy shields recharge slower?

in halo 2 do the energy shields recharge faster?

in halo 1 does the rocket lancher lock on?

in halo 2 does the rocket lancher lock on?

and the list goes on

1. Falling from the top of the map has nothing to do with skill. There are players who would hit you before you even got there anyways. Doesn't matter if you touched the ground or not, you'll probably die no matter what, unless you're good.

2. Shields are better especially when you don't have "life," no one wants to be caught with their pants around their ankles if they have no life. Your shield's knocked down and another hit and you're finished. On the other hand, in H2 you can sit around a corner and wait for it to recharge... much better than looking for some health pack.

3. Rocket launcher locks on to VEHICLES/TURRETS ONLY. Vehicle weapons are stronger too, therefore balancing gameplay. Besides, its not like the rocket launcher is around every corner, so you can't exactly pick one up and lock on to someone's head.

My Point: Try playing H2 on Live once in awhile, see just how many "n00bs" destroy you.

There. Now you can duke it out there and keep this topic clean. Please, i'd like to see you two bicker about the games over there. Just as long as you can refrain from calling each other useless derogatory terms.
