A question about installing a map pack

hey guys, first time here and ive just downloaded 1 of your map packs, specifacally Killtrocities map pack final. And i dont know how to install it, do i just take the .rar file and just burn it to a dvd disk, then run it on my xbox? Im really new to modding so, hook my up.
