Halo 2 Not working

Hi everyone Im not sure why this is happening ive searched every where for some help but cant find it any where. i have a modded xbox with evox and avalauch with a duox2 chip. I have tried playing H2 on it but it never wants to work. I can load it up to main screen but then about 30secs into it it freezes. Has this happened to anyone else or just me. It just doesnt make sense. Please help me i would really enjoy playing H2 on XBC but no luck cause it just doesnt work.
